Sarah Flynn
Human Sustainability Coach

Sarah brings an understanding of the psychology of human change to help sustainability professionals build inner resilience for outer impact and become powerful leaders of change. Sarah cares deeply about ‘human sustainability’. She believes that by working with our true nature, rather than against it, we can align our wellbeing and our performance to thrive and have greater impact. For many years Sarah has conducted grounded research into human resilience during times of transition and challenge. This has given her a deep and practical understanding of the psychological principles underpinning successful human change as individuals, relationships, and systems. Sarah offers individual and group coaching programmes. These transform changemakers into powerful, authentic leaders of change. Sarah is a Research Psychologist, an ICF accredited coach (PCC), and a trained Organisation, Relationship and Systems coach. Her clients have included C40 Cities, Microsoft, Royal Bank of Canada, Legal and General, The British Red Cross, Sidley Austen, Dentons, Kingsley Napley, AxaXL, UCL, Imperial College London and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She is an invited speaker on the topic of ‘Authentic Resilience for Sustainability Leaders’ at the University of Cambridge (CISL) and co-author of the book, ‘Climate Change Coaching: The Power of Connection to Create Climate Action’ (McGraw-Hill OUP).
